Ndigbo have vowed not to participate in any election in Nigeria from October 1 if Nigeria is not restructured.
There have been calls for a change in the current structure of the country with Nnamdi Kanu’s Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) insisting on the break-up of the country.
Kanu met with Igbo women assembly on Monday, July 24, where the call for the restructuring of the country persisted.
One of the men in the gathering insisted that Igbos have suffered under the current structure and vowed that they would boycott elections in Nigeria from October 1.
Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode had earlier disagreed with those calling Kanu a nonentity.
According to the former minister and chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), a nonentity could not have brought about what the IPOB leader has achieved.
